A typical day
- Make deliveries
- Make general warehouse work
- Must be able to lift over 50 pounds
- Door-to-door delivery of recycling bins
- Make the Recybac for wheeled bin recycling service
- Load and unload trucks & trailers
- Deliver, replace and repair bins for residents in residential areas
- Drive a 12- to 20-foot cube truck
- Drive a truck with a trailer "fifth wheel type" 50FT long
- Drive a forklift
- Work with a tablet to note the work you have done
- Make vehicle inspections
The ideal candidate has
- Relevant warehouse experience
- Good physical ability
- Forklift operator license is an asset
- Valid Class 5 driver's license and relevant on-the-road experience
- Attention to detail
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team with a positive attitude
- Autonomous
